new numbers are in, but theres bad news

went up to kansas this last weekend to tune my car an put it on the dyno.

at 14psi it put down 762hp an 719tq. but was running pretty lean. but at 11-12psi it was putting down in average of 718 hp. on the way back from the dyno doing some fun runs the turbo had some problems. So its off now to get rebuilt.
but i did get to beat up on a all bolt-on 02 camaro with 150 shot by more then enough bus links.
Hey scott (twisted), BABY'S ARE BOTTLED FEED AN REAL MEN GET BLOWEN...... so come blow me scott.

Congrats again on the #s Rudy. Sorry to hear about the turbo though. Do you have any pics of how the line is currently being run? Not only does your oil return line need to large but it also needs to flow without restrictions (bends or kinks). Also make sure it is not too long and sagging in the middle.

Hehehe maybe we can swap information sometime. I know plenty about turbo setups but still learning about the LSx motor. You always want to use the largest possible return line size you can. And if its a ball bearing dont forget the oil restrictor in the feed line. Also I dont know how your manifold is setup but you preferably want the turbo flange to be parallel to the ground to avoid any oil draining issues.

the oil return line is like a 1' ID. an we ran it. i wasn't having a issue after we ran the line, no more smoke. but i still had a resistor in the oil feed line. so there wasn't much oil going to it. i had forgot about it an it pretty much burn it up. an then i remember i had it in the line. so i think it was a combo of both. o well its off to get rebuilt. it has a warranty but turbonictics wont honor it cause im not the original one that bought it.

^^Agreed. I'm happy for you to man. All your hard work paid off for you.

Me on the other hand, LOL. I'm gonna start makin my move on a set of pistons soon. But first I'm sending a extra set of front/rear calipers/brackets I bought for $80 to a sponsor on ls1tech to be rebuilt like new & powder coated. He will also be doin alot of other parts under my hood throughout my build process.
